Warranty policy
90-Day GAOLENS Store Warranty
All products are covered by the GAOLENS Store Warranty for 90 days from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers functional defects that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
The 90-day warranty does not extend the 30-day return period. Returns for reasons other than a covered functional defect must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
If a covered functional defect occurs during the warranty period, please contact us first. Depending on the circumstances, GAOLENS may provide repair, replacement, or a refund as an appropriate resolution.

Warranty Exclusions
The GAOLENS warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage or malfunction caused by improper use, incorrect operation, impact, excessive pressure, or other external force.
- Damage or malfunction caused by exposure to mud, sand, water, moisture, or other liquids.
- Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, fire, earthquakes, or other events beyond our control.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from repair, modification, disassembly, cleaning, or other work performed by the customer or any third party.
- Damage or malfunction caused by improper storage, such as storage in high-temperature or high-humidity environments, or by inadequate care or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any claim made after the warranty period has expired.
