Handling Time

All orders are shipped from Japan.

We will ship your order within 2 business days after payment.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays are not included as business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Shipping Carrier

We ship by DHL and provide a tracking number for every shipment.

DHL requires the recipient's full name, complete delivery address, and phone number. Please make sure that this information is accurate when placing your order.

However, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country, region, or applicable shipping restrictions.
