Return policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories and original packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide you with return instructions.

To complete your return, we may require your order number or other proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

We will issue a return label (with a tracking number) and send it to you.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or an item with an undisclosed defect, GAOLENS will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays are not included as business days.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item or an item with an undisclosed defect, please contact us.

If a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
